HR Talent Attraction Specialist

What would your responsibilities be?

Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for positions at all levels.
Conduct competency-based interviews.
Coordinate the various selection requirements with user areas and keep them informed about the progress of the processes.
Manage notifications on the MTPE platform exclusively for people with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive selection process at all stages.
Report KPIs for selection processes.
Implement process improvements and reports.
Design and manage Campus Recruitment and talent acquisition processes, among other new talent attraction projects.

What makes you the best candidate for us?

• Professionals in Psychology.
• Client Experience
• Experience in managing KPI´s
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency. (You will work with Chinese clients, who communicate in English.)
• 3 to 5 years of previous experience.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in the Technology and/or Telecommunications sector is desirable (not essential).
